Updating coded advanced clinical notes
On a desktop, you can update coded advanced clinical notes. These clinical notes only appear on forms, and they look like a table. You can add rows to the table, and select options for each column in the table.
For example, you might find this type of clinical note in a clinical outcome form for an appointment. This clinical note might be used to list outpatient procedures that the patient needs.

You can't do this on a mobile.

Below is an example of a coded advanced clinical note found in a clinical outcome form for an appointment.

Depending on the type of data in the column, you can select:

Select to delete a row. |
|
Select to enter comments. |
Add |
Select to add a new row. |

Find a clinical note in a form that looks like a table, for example, 'OP Procedures'.

To add a row to the table, select Add, then select an option.

Select options for each column.
Depending on the type of data in the column, you can select:

A date from a calendar

A date and time
-
A check box
-
A radio button
-
A user from a list
-
One or more items from a list

To add a comment to a row, select and enter any comments.

To delete a row, select next to the row.
